Thank You

Thank You

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of the many individuals who helped make this project possible. First and foremost, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to our advisor, Dr. Robert Glushko, whose active involvement, vigilant guidance, and sincere interest in our work made this a successful and worthwhile endeavor.

Secondly, but by no means in importance, we would like to thank Dean AnnaLee Saxenian whose vision and valiant efforts aimed at creating structure, definition, and identity around SIMS fostered the ideal environment for this project. Her encouragement and input in numerous meetings, despite her busy schedule as a newly appointed dean, helped to scope and direct our research in a manner to make it most beneficial to the school.

Finally, to the countless members of the faculty, staff, alumni, and student body who provided logistical, emotional, and moral support, as well as their insights and participation in endless interviews, surveys, and the various other research techniques we employed, this could not have been done without you. Thank You All.
