Jennifer Lynch is the Clinic Fellow at the Samuelson Law, Technology, & Public Policy Clinic at U.C. Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Jennifer comes to the Clinic from the law firm of Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco where she represented clients in disputes involving antitrust, telecomm, trade secret, workers compensation and contracts issues. While at the firm, Jennifer also did significant pro bono federal civil rights litigation work on behalf of women subjected to improper medical care while incarcerated in the California prison system.  read more »

Aaron Burstein, J.D (Berkeley Law) is the TRUST and ACCURATE Research Fellow for the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology and the Samuelson Clinic. His current research includes examining how law and technology interact in several distinct areas, including electronic voting and information and computer network security. Burstein was an attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division in 2004-2006. GPG key.
