For this assignment, Lisa and Sarai developed questions while Carolyn was out of town. Sarai then visited Marti during office hours for feedback on the questions. All three team members decided on a final question list and then embarked on interviews. Sarai conducted one professor interview, Lisa conducted two professor interviews, and Carolyn conducted one professor interview and three TA interviews. (Carolyn was making up for not being around for initial question development.) All three team members then got together to create personas, tasks, and explanations of both.

Sarai, as design manager, also developed an HTML template for the group website. As document manager, Carolyn was the scribe and put the website together using Sarai's template. Lisa directed the selection of interview subjects and also brushed up the problem statement.
